Order Deadlines

  • Orders placed before 5 PM (EST) will begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM (EST) will begin processing on the next business day.
    We recommend placing orders in advance of your deadline to account for unexpected delays beyond our control.

Shipping Provider
We use USPS Priority Mail for domestic and international shipping:

  • Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after leaving our facility.
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days.

Please note: holidays, inclement weather, natural disasters, or carrier-related delays are beyond our control and may impact delivery timelines.

 

Signature Confirmation & Insurance
For added security, all packages require signature confirmation upon delivery. Once a package leaves our facility:

  • Foreign Strandz Hair Co. cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
  • In such cases, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS).
  • Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

All packages shipped are insured by us through USPS.

 

Incorrect or Unclaimed Packages
Foreign Strandz Hair Co. assumes no responsibility for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
  • Unclaimed or refused packages.
  • Packages marked as "Delivered" but reported lost or stolen.

For assistance with lost or stolen packages marked "Delivered," please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 to initiate a claims process.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be emailed to you on the day your order ships. Tracking details are not available immediately upon placing your order but will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order is dispatched.
