All Sales Are Final
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are final.

International Shipments
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs taxes and duties upon delivery.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST will ship on the next business day.
- Shipping is limited to business days only (Monday–Friday).
You can expect to receive your items within 2–4 business days for standard orders.
Custom items may take 5–8 business days to process and ship.
Fraud Risk Analysis
All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis. To avoid delays in processing, please ensure your shipping and billing addresses match.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Foreign Strandz Hair Co. is not liable for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
For added protection, VIP insurance is available for purchase.
Please note: Claims related to lost packages where the carrier provides photographic proof of delivery cannot be guaranteed. Approved claims may result in replacements only.
